The Company's Talent Pool Program includes systematic work to identify the best and promising employees; their targeted training and promotion to key management positions. For the Company, the Talent Pool Program is a guarantee of staff security and business efficiency growth, and for the employees, it is, first of all, an opportunity for development and promotion.

The Company's Talent Pool Program provides for the formation of a reserve for positions at the 1st, 2nd and 3rd management levels.

The personnel reserve of the 1st Company management level is approved by Rosneft's Central Administration Office. Level 1 reservists of the Company's management can be considered for target positions in several Rosneft Group companies, while the Company provides opportunities for fulfilment of reservists through rotation, priority assignment to target positions and participation in key projects of the Company.
